About LifePath Behavioral Health
As an independent outpatient behavioral health clinic affiliated with our parent company Employment Solutions, Inc., we provide outpatient behavioral health services to Kentuckians throughout the Bluegrass State.
As a trusted and established community partner, we collaborate with hospitals, primary care physicians, schools and universities, and other social service agencies to do our part in meeting the behavioral health needs of Kentucky.
