Clinical Therapist

Hey there! Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t easy, and I want you to know—I see you. Living with ADHD (and everything that comes with it—anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt) can feel like running a race with no finish line. But you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD who struggle with focus, motivation, emotional regulation, and self-worth. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and practical. Together, we’ll build strategies that actually work for you—whether that means tackling procrastination, managing relationships, or quieting that inner critic. I have a background in social work (Morehead State University & University of Kentucky) and experience with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, trauma, and more. But more importantly, I’m here to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about learning to work with your brain, not against it. Let’s navigate this together. I look forward to meeting you!
