We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to serve Lexington and surrounding counties, with availability during afternoon and after-school hours.

🧠 Job Description

As an RBT, you will:

  • Empower socially significant, positive behavior change in individuals with autism using evidence-based ABA practices
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental delays
  • Implement individualized treatment programs designed by the supervising BCBA, including:
    • Verbal behavior training
    • Skill acquisition programs
    • Social skills development
  • Observe, respond to, and shape functional behaviors in an objective and measurable way
  • Collect accurate data during each therapy session
  • Attend scheduled team meetings
  • Communicate regularly with the therapy team via email, phone, and online conferencing

✅ Requirements

  • Previous ABA experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required (relevant college coursework or degree preferred)
  • Commitment to obtaining and maintaining RBT certification
  • Experience working with children and/or adults, preferably with autism or special needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, compassion, and sound judgment
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of environments and behaviors
  • Desire for professional growth and teamwork
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
  • Comfortable providing services:
    • In-home
    • In the community
    • In preschool settings
  • Willingness to travel locally between client locations
  • Commitment to LifePath’s values and evidence-based practices
  • Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to pass:
    • Background check
    • Drug screening (including random company-wide screenings)
