Intensive Outpatient Program Manager Job Description Join a client-centered, evidence-based IOP in Lexington, KY, providing structured care for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. This role is ideal for a clinician seeking a flexible, part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact through group facilitation and individualized care. Key Responsibilities: • Lead group therapy sessions (e.g., relapse prevention, coping skills, psychoeducation). • Conduct individual assessments and develop treatment plans. • Apply CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. • Ensure compliance with AODE, HIPAA, and ethical standards. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. • Active Kentucky licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCA, CSW, CADC). • Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders. • Strong group facilitation and documentation skills.
